I am a Senior Web Engineer at Amkor Technology in Chandler, Arizona. I've been working in the semiconductor industry here at Amkor since 2001. Prior to computer programming, I was a high school mathematics / computer programming teacher at Gilbert High School in Gilbert, Arizona for three years. I have also done some contract teaching on the side here and there since leaving the public school systems. I would say I am a teacher by nature. I love working with people. I also enjoy technology, so teaching technology is quite a thrill for me. I was formerly a Sun Certified Java Programmer. But in the last several years I have been focused on Adobe (formerly Macromedia) technologies such as ColdFusion and Flash. I have also had been involved with an enterprise reporting tool called Actuate - both development and administration.

Education
I earned my first degree from Arizona State University in 1997 in Education/Mathematics. My second bachelors degree is from DeVry University in Information Technology (2001).

Personal
I am a sports junkie. I am very passionate about the Green Bay Packers as I am originally from Wisconsin. Football is my favorite sport, but I also love basketball, golf and tennis. I also love music. Heavy Metal / Rock are my favorite genre's, but I also like Hip Hop and Alternative. And I look forward to getting married in the spring of 2010!
